Ingredients for 1 large glass:
50g SUUR Classic Kraut
200 ml yoghurt or kefir as desired (here soya kefir), dilute the yoghurt a little with water
1-2 soft dates, pitted
1 tbsp cashew butter
Mix all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender for about 2 minutes.
Fill in glass, adding ice cubes recommended.
